How To: Shoot macro photography on a budget

Shoot macro photography on a budget

Create your own macro lens using the standard 50 mm lens that is shipped with your Digital SLR camera. The presenter - Kip Kay explains how to do so in a very cost effective way using only a Pringles( or any other similar) can, a black cloth, your camera's body cap and a few cutting and polishing tools required for proper machining of the cap. The proper way to attach these objects to create a home-made macro lens is then explained. The rest of the video shows the sample macro photographs that were taken by the presenter himself with his own homemade lens, that he just created.
